Using the website
This website does not provide a server account, subscription account or payment checkout. It does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics or optional tracking cookies. Standard network information, such as your IP address and requested page, is necessarily processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver the site and maintain its operation.
The site may remember a previously verified public release version in your browser's local storage to avoid offering an older installer after a feed update. This stays in your browser; it is not an account or a tracking identifier. You can remove it through your browser's site-data controls.
Contacting us
Email links open your own email application. If you write to us, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond to the enquiry. Your email provider also handles that message under its own policies. Do not include camera passwords, authenticated stream addresses or private footage in an initial enquiry.
The Windows application
The current app performs object detection locally and does not send camera video to a cloud AI or telemetry endpoint. Camera configuration, event history and recorded evidence are kept in the configured local environment. Approved model downloads may contact the model provider over HTTPS; camera frames are not sent with those downloads.
Camera credentials are protected through Windows DPAPI and installed data-folder access controls. Local administrators remain trusted. Access controls do not replace disk encryption, a secure Windows account or a protected camera network.
Masks, snapshots and original evidence
Analysis masks apply to preview, analysis and detection snapshots. Original evidence recordings, buffers and evidence thumbnails remain unredacted. Use camera-side privacy masks if an area must be excluded from the source recording. The signed-in companion and Windows may also retain notification images and notification history.
Your storage and retention choices
The app offers recording retention and storage controls. Choose settings appropriate to your purpose and available disk space, and review who can access exported clips. Website operators do not receive your local recordings merely because you use Vigivo or visit this site.

Links to Asia Design Lab, ADL Messenger and Animail open their respective websites. Their services and privacy information apply when you visit them. Vigivo does not share a website login or camera library with those products.

Contact hello@asiadesignlab.com about information you have sent to us, a privacy concern or a request to correct or remove enquiry information. Local camera data remains under the control of the Windows installation and its authorized operators.
